Situated on a peaceful rural site, we have a BLUEBIRD SEVILLE MOBILE HOME 2007 35'x12' on large garden plot approx 200sq.m. 4-seasons insulation. Gas central heating. New (2023) 2-way Air con. 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4/6.
LOUNGE/DINER: sunny open-plan, with comfortable 3 seater sofa & 2 seater sofa bed. Dining table seats 4.
KITCHEN: spacious kitchen, well-equipped, lots of worktop space & storage. Full oven and gas hob. Fridge/freezer.
MASTER BEDROOM: Comfy double bed, large mirror wardrobe, en-suite WC & hand-basin.
GUEST BEDROOM: Twin beds, overbed storage & wardrobe
SHOWER ROOM: large shower cabinet, hand-basin & WC
EXTERIOR: Covered wooden terrace gives shade & extra living space. Garden table & benches. Easy to maintain garden with grass & shrubs. Parking space & garden shed to rear.
SITE INFO, open air swimming pool and bar open summer season, children's play area and boules pitch. Well stocked fishing lake attracts lots of wildlife. Site open all year but stays are limited to a maximum of 10 months in total. SUB LETTING NOT PERMITTED.
Friendly French and British owners makes an excellent community and social atmosphere, pets are restricted to 1 per home.

Site is between Bordeaux and bergerac, nearest village 2km Abzac, nearest market town and train station is 5km Coutras. Airports Bordeaux and bergerac 45 mins by car.
